MacGregor offers Standard UK Mainland Delivery on all UK orders for £3.99, or FREE on orders over £30, and Next Working Day* Delivery for £5.99

Shipping to Northern Ireland - £7.99 (2-3 working days)

Shipping to Channel Islands and Isle of Man - £12.99 (2-3 working days)

Shipping to Republic of Ireland - £14.99 (2-3 working days)

Next working day delivery is only available for orders received before 12pm GMT.  Any orders received after this time will be shipped on the following day.

International Delivery - We now offer shipping to a number of international locations.  Delivery costs will be calculated at checkout.  For orders to the majority of EU countries checkout price is inclusive of all tax and duties.  For all other countries the customer will be responsible for payment of any local taxes and import duties prior to delivery.

Please note: all orders placed by 12:00 GMT will be dispatched same day. We do not dispatch orders over the weekend and UK Bank Holidays. Orders made after 12:00 GMT on Fridays will be dispatched on Mondays.

You may return your unused and undamaged goods, along with all original packaging and labels, within 30 days of receipt for full refund. Please kindly include your order details in any return packages. 

We do not cover return postage costs, unless of course an error has been made from our behalf. We recommend the use of a reputable and trusted courier (ie. Royal Mail, DHL etc) and to retain the proof of postage in case goods are lost in transit back to us. 

Once we receive your item(s), please allow up to 10 working days for us to process your return. The refund will be made back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow up to 3-5 days for the funds to appear back into account. 


This should be printed off, filled in and included with your return items. Failure to do so will delay the process of your return request


The buyer is responsible for returning the goods to us and for postage cost for us to send out the replacement, except where the product is found to be faulty in which case we will cover all postage costs.


All goods come with a 12 months manufacture defect warranty, if any item is delivered faulty or becomes faulty through normal use the following action needs to be taken:

For purchases under 30 days from the date of receipt

We will exchange the faulty item at our expense. On returning the item please include proof of return cost so that we can reimburse this charge.

For purchases over 30 days from the date of receipt but less than 12 months old

Please send back the faulty item to the address below, along with a covering letter stating the fault, your order number or actual date of purchase and your daytime contact telephone number. Once received we will inspect the item and repair, replace, offer a like for like replacement or return the item if we feel there has been no manufacturing fault.

On returning the item please include proof of return cost so that if the item is found to be faulty, we can reimburse this charge.

In some cases where there is no manufacturing fault we may offer to repair the item at your cost, if you accept the offer you will be required to pay for the repair before we proceed.
