Returns Policy

 

We always hope you are 100% satisfied with your order, but if you would like to make a return you may return your unused and undamaged goods, along with all original packaging and labels, within 30 days of receipt for full refund. Please ensure that you include your order details in any return packages. 

We do not cover return postage costs, unless of course an error has been made from our behalf. We recommend the use of a reputable and trusted courier (ie. Royal Mail, DHL etc) and to retain the proof of postage in case goods are lost in transit back to us. 

Once we receive your item(s), please allow up to 5 working days for us to process your return. The refund will be made back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Once processed please allow up to 7 days for the funds to appear back into your account. 

The invoice provided with your order will include a returns form at the bottom of the sheet.  Please ensure this is completed and returned with your item to ensure that any returns are processed in a timely manner.

If you have lost or damaged your original invoice please contact us and we will advise on next steps.
